Register for PA5934: The Humphrey Public Affairs Review Board
This course is a seminar that produces the Humphrey Public Affairs Review (HPAR), a student-run journal featuring policy articles by Humphrey students. It meets over the course of Fall semester.
Students will engage in various activities to publish the journal. In the beginning of the semester, they'll conduct outreach to solicit submissions and discuss the selection criteria for submissions. They'll learn APA style and citations, while developing their copyediting abilities and engaging in the peer-review and editing process. As part of the course, you will get your work published in a student-run policy journal and have an opportunity to showcase your research!
